The 92nd Street Y, New York - Phase II, Buttenwieser Hall

Project architect for the renovation of a 3,000sf, $9.4m renovation of a 290-seat flexible black box theater with telescopic seating and retractable stage for dance, talks, cinema, and banquet configurations in an historic 1929 building. Additional spaces included a new green room, A/V and lighting control rooms, lobby, and restrooms. Coordination between client, owner’s rep, and consultants. Documentation done in Revit with point cloud scan for reference.
