Staten Island Museum - Building B

Project architect for 20,000 sf, $9.95m historic renovation starting from early concept design to current end of Design Development. Building is NYC Landmark and listed on National Register of Historic Places. Two-phased project includes climate-controlled storage rooms with high-density mobile shelving, exhibition spaces, classrooms, and completely new MEP/FP systems. Designed in Revit, reports compiled in InDesign, multiple iterations of cost estimates and value engineering. Coordination between client, NYC Department of Design and Construction, and consultants.
